Submission Guidelines


1. Registration

To participate in the conference you should fill the electronic application form - the "Registration Form".

In the electronic application you have to specify personal data, form of participation and Title of the Report.

Abstracts must be sent to the conference e-mail: 

Registration is lasting from December 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017.

Up to April 30, 2017 is necessary to submit your article to email of the Conference (article accepted for publication in English).


Abstract requirements

1. Abstracts should be up to 2000 symbols.

2. Abstracts should contain only the basic statements of a future report, without the inclusion of formulas, graphs, tables and a list of references.




The confirmation and receipt for payment of conference fee will be sent after reviewing the submissions (during seven working days) and a positive decision of the organizational committee.


2. Conference Fee

The conference fee will be used for partially covering of the costs associated with the preparation of the conference working materials, publication of an abstract’s digest.

   Participation as a Speaker or Participation as a Delegate - 30 EUR.


Travelling and accommodation costs are paid by participants. Organizational Committee can book the hotel and arrange catering during the conference. For this purpose, please, select "Book a place" in the section "Booking a University's hotel room".

The Conference fee must be paid up to May 20, 2017, a copy of the payment receipt should be sent to the Organizational Committee.


3. Formation of the participants’ list and mailing of the invitations

Letters with invitation and program of the conference will be sent after completing organizational procedures to all participants who have submitted and paid the registration fee.

Personal invitation to the conference will be sent out in May 2017.


4. The beginning of the conference

At the beginning of the conference, all participants will receive the published conference materials at the time of registration on the conference.

By the Conference results the specialized journal of scientific papers will be published. Personal invitation will inform the participants about the terms and requirements for publication.

Conference will be held in the campus of Faculty of Economics, Taras Shevchenko National  University of Kyiv,  24-26 May 2017.
